Once the puzzle is unsealed, it cannot be returned or exchanged, as it affects secondary sales. Therefore, please make sure you have enough patience and attention before making a purchase!
This puzzle must be assembled step by step according to the instruction manual. You'll need small pliers to assemble it; assembling it by hand won't work. Remove the parts according to their numbers and assemble them step by step. Don't take all the parts off at once, as it may cause confusion. This puzzle is indeed a bit challenging, but if you patiently and carefully follow each step, it can be completed successfully. You'll feel a sense of accomplishment after completing it. Since there are cuts in the metal pieces, they may break if shaken too much, so be careful. If accidentally broken, you can use glue to fix it. Damage during assembly is not covered under warranty!
During transportation, the puzzle may have some creases or deformation on its surface due to pressure. Since the puzzle is made of metal sheets, these won't affect the assembly. When removing parts with pliers, they may also deform slightly, but a gentle squeeze with small pliers will fix it!
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
